Employers

QEHS seeks to partner with a range of employers, businesses and local stakeholders, to enrich our careers provision. We work with the Greater Lincolnshire careers and Enterprise company, through their Careers Hub, to provide access to a range of local employers and businesses. We are keen to work with local employers to enrich our careers provision.

Strong employer relationships and partnerships are at the heart of our careers provision, to ensure that we provide our students with the latest information about what skills employers value most, and to give students opportunities and real experiences of the world of work today.

There are many ways employers can get involved in our school. Here are just some of the ways employers have been involved this year:

• Running a workshop at our Year 8 world of work event.
• Offering to accommodate a student in Year 10 and 12 on a weeks work experience.
• Speak in one of our careers assemblies.
• Hold an event for a group of student at your place of work ( factory tours, meeting apprentices).
• Attend our Careers Fair.
